Sales Support Coordinator

We are excited to be supporting Mood Media - the worlds leading retail and in-venue media and experience creation company in their search for a Sales Support Coordinator.

Mood Media specialises in the supply and support of:

• Sight > video content and screens
• Sound > music playlists and speaker systems
• Scent > perfumery and diffusers
• Systems > hardware and CMS

The Role:

As a Sales Support Coordinator youll be a key partner to the sales team supporting both pre-sales and post-sales operations and ensuring a seamless experience from proposal to delivery.

Youll be across the details the data and the coordination making sure nothing falls through the cracks while helping sales opportunities move smoothly forward.

What Youll Be Doing

• Entering client and site details into the finance system
• Preparing quotes raising orders and supporting sales documentation
• Compiling and maintaining site lists and billing summaries
• Coordinating with project teams on new orders player fulfilment and dispatch
• Maintaining and updating customer databases
• Conducting site inspections and pulling together images and insights into polished summary presentations
• Scheduling meetings and capturing clear actionable notes
• Supporting client management activities and special projects as needed.

About You

Youre organised switched-on and enjoy working behind the scenes to make things happen. You likely bring:

• Strong administrative or sales support experience
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Confidence juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A proactive solutions-focused approach

Experience in tech media retail or project-based environments will be highly regarded but attitude and capability matter most.
