Banquet Captain
As a Banquet Captain youll lead the team in executing seamless eventsfrom setup to breakdownensuring every detail meets client expectations. Youll coordinate service staff manage timelines and serve as the main point of contact during functions. This role is perfect for those with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Youll be the leader behind memorable events and functions ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
- Your daily tasks will include supervising banquet staff coordinating event logistics and liaising with clients.
- You will report to the Banquet Manager.
- A career as a banquet captain can pave the way to various management roles such as banquet manager event planner or even director of catering and conference services.
Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have
- No educational minimum is required
- Previous experience in this exact position (preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar or related position (required)
- A combination of education and hospitality experience will be considered
What Youll Need to Succeed
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays if needed
