Principal Accountabilities:
As a key member of our manufacturing team you will:
Log time and job data using ERP software
Interpret work orders flow sheets and part drawings to understand job requirements
Inspect blueprint dimensions using manual gauges
Load and verify tools and fixtures; fabricate basic fixtures when needed
Pull and verify correct materials from staging area per WOPAC
Set up and operate 3-axis mills and basic 2-axis lathe work
Upload/download CNC programs from programmer to machine
Align vices and locate fixture centers accurately
Submit first article and final inspections to Quality Assurance
Run production parts and conduct in-process inspections
Maintain a clean organized workspace following 5S principles
Perform daily and monthly machine preventive maintenance
Communicate with Supervisor to ensure successful job completion
Support all safety and quality system requirements
Take on additional duties as assigned

Knowledge / Skills / Experience
Were looking for a skilled professional who brings precision and pride to their craft:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic proficiency with ERP software.
Minimum 5 years of experience in:
CNC machining
Blueprint reading
Manual inspection gauges
Editing and writing CNC programs
Strong basic math skills; trigonometry knowledge preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
The salary range for this position is $28-$36. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position candidates work experience education/training job-related skills internal peer equity as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state) if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
