What are we looking for
The Team lead functions as a support for the primary expert for the applications assigned as their area of responsibility. The Team Lead will report to the Digital Manager for Cleveland Clinic London and will be responsible for the maintenance production break/fix change request project work testing and change control procedure activities impacting their applications. The team lead takes direction from and collaborates with the Manager and other Team Lead to work on priorities and manage the resolution of issues.
The Team Lead will serve as the primary support contact for their respective applications as well as serve as a point of contact for various other applications within their assigned team. Provides best solutions to identified needs meeting operational and business objectives technology capabilities and human resource requirements. Maintains the ongoing service relationships between the IT department and its direct application customers and is a liaison to other departments and entities. They will work with the team members to coordinate all issues that arise for their respective applications and must be very knowledgeable of the organisations policies procedures and business operations. Provides after-hours support in an on call capacity.

What will your duties include
Partners with subject matter experts and other Electronic Health Record (EHR) Management to ensure build consistency and successful end to end patient centric workflow.
Participate in the design build and implementation of system interfaces primarily using HL7 FHIR and API-based integration tools.
Work closely with the Epic Bridges/Interface Engine team to configure and support Epic-to-third-party system integrations.
Participates in IT projects including planning obtaining customer input and projecting resource requirements.
Works to review system requirements with customers and translates requirements into specific functions or deliverables.
Provides support to team members as well as serving as the initial point of contact for their assigned team.
Identifies and resolves production issues. This includes identification of appropriate parties and potential solutions with minimal guidance.
Works with all clinical business and technical resources in a positive supportive and collaborative team manner.
Carries out analysis of process workflows data collection and reporting requirements interpreting into design where necessary.
Analyses flow chart processes and recommends ways to reduce steps and increase efficiency through use of technology.

What we need from you
Currently certified on 1 or more EPIC applications (s) (Desirable)
Or any other IT professional certification (ITIL Prince 2 etc) (essential)
Experience with supporting on system upgrades and daily system monitoring. (Essential)
Experience of system test management (Desirable)
Experience working within IT security (Essential)
Experience working with in an agile environment (Essential)
Understanding of Epic modules ancillary systems and health system operations. (Desirable)
System administrator experience within clinical or non-clinical systems (Essential)
