Job Description Summary

The Service and Billing Clerk supports daily operations in the Service department by scheduling and dispatching Service Technicians to dental offices. They also support the Field Technicians with billing and warranty matters.

Job Description

Supports the billing and warranty process by:

  • Efficiently processing warranty parts returns to minimize financial loss
  • Assisting Technicians with related procedures and processes
  • Monitoring and charting work order submissions
  • Supporting and acting as backup for all other areas of Sinclair Parts and Service
  • Ensuring a safe work environment by understanding and following safety procedures and reporting injuries or unsafe acts
  • Assisting with Biolase billing and warranty returns
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Provides customer service to clients and Service Technicians by:

  • Entering work orders into the system
  • Billing monthly maintenance contracts
  • Handling service issues by phone and email
  • Dispatching emergency service calls to Service Technicians

Education and Experience:

  • 23 years of office administration experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook in particular)

  • Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Good keyboard typing skills
  • Friendly personality and excellent phone etiquette
  • Highly motivated team player

Soutient le processus de facturation et de garantie en :

  • Traitement efficace des retours de pièces sous garantie afin de minimiser les pertes financières
  • Assistance aux techniciens pour les procédures et processus connexes
  • Suivi et enregistrement des soumissions dordres de travail
  • Soutien et remplacement dans tous les autres domaines de Sinclair Pièces et Service
  • Garantie dun environnement de travail sécuritaire en comprenant et en respectant les procédures de sécurité et en signalant les blessures ou les actes dangereux
  • Assistance pour la facturation et les retours sous garantie Biolase
  • Exécution dautres tâches selon les besoins

Fournit un service à la clientèle aux clients et aux techniciens de service en :

  • Saisie des ordres de travail dans le système
  • Facturation des contrats dentretien mensuels
  • Gestion des problèmes de service par téléphone et par courriel
  • Dispatch des appels de service durgence aux techniciens

Formation et expérience :

  • 2 à 3 ans dexpérience en administration de bureau
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel et Outlook en particulier)

Compétences clés :

  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
  • Connaissance intermédiaire de Word et Excel
  • Bonne vitesse de frappe au clavier
  • Personnalité agréable et excellente étiquette téléphonique
  • Esprit déquipe très motivé
  • Souci du détail et compétences en gestion du temps
  • Forte capacité à gérer les priorités et à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois
  • Compétences organisationnelles exceptionnelles pour obtenir des résultats de qualité

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$41000.00 - $61400.00 Annual
