About the Role
Lango is seekingbilingual individuals in Maineto providein-person interpreting servicesacross a variety of settings includingschools hospitals legal offices and social service organizations. Interpreters play a vital role in bridging communication gaps and supporting multicultural communities throughout the state.

Requirements
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language
- Ability to pass a language proficiency test if interpreter credentials are not available
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (I-9 compliant)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
- For medical assignments:ability to provide MMR Varicella COVID-19 TB test and Flu vaccination records
- Primarily available forin-person appointments
- Professional interpreting experience preferred but not required
