Job Purpose
The Director Inside Sales is a strategic and operational leader responsible for building managing and scaling the inside sales organization within Blue Earth Diagnostics. This role oversees the development and execution of inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth expand market reach and support field sales and marketing initiatives. The Director will lead a team focused on non-face-to-face engagement with healthcare professionals promoting company products and delivering high-impact customer experiences. The inside sales team will also have the responsibility of engaging with and assisting the direct sales team with gaining access to customers and maximize SFDC utilization.
