The Department of Social and Health ServicesEconomic Services Administration (ESA) is seeking a skilled professional to serve at the Olympia Office as aChild Support Program Managerwithin the Division of Child Support.
Youll report to a District Manager and provide second-level supervision for Support Enforcement Officer 4 employees. Additionally youll provide key leadership consistent with the Mission Vision Values and strategic objectives of the Division Administration and Department and in alignment with the District Manager Executive Leadership and Headquarters Management Teams.
This job has an option for partial telework with at least one day per week in the office and additional time as needed to meet business needs.

Some of what youll do
Were looking for a professional with
A bachelors degree with major study in business or public administration or closely allied field
AND
Four years of professional supervisory and/or management experience related to child support enforcement and/or Debt Collection related functions.
AND
Six months experience in strategic planning; organizing directing and/or evaluating subordinate personnel within an enforcement related field.
Note: Equivalent experience may substitute year for year for education
