Model 1 Ford is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team! Your Responsibilities
Perform repair and maintenance work listed on repair orders efficiently and accurately
Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes and HVAC
Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to ensure proper operation and repair accuracy
Communicate with Service Advisors regarding repair needs timelines and any additional required work
Execute warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications and guidelines
Maintain a clean organized and safe workspace
Your Qualifications
2 years of experience as an automotive technician preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Past experience with Bus and ADA compliant vehicles is a plus
Ford certification is a plus
Previous experience in a dealership environment preferred
Strong diagnostic electrical and engine repair abilities
Proficient in using electronic diagnostic equipment and repair software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Team-oriented positive attitude and willingness to learn
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
