• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts (phone email text)
• Resolve concerns quickly and professionally coordinating with operations/technicians
• Proactively follow up after services address questions and reinforce value
• Support retention efforts (renewals holds save offers and service calls)

• Recommend the best programs for each property: lawn fertilization & weed control Tree & Shrub and Pest services
• Make outbound calls/texts for upsells renewals and seasonal campaigns
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and explain program benefits clearly
• Meet weekly/monthly sales and retention goals and track results

• Maintain accurate notes and customer details in our CRM
• Schedule and coordinate services with the office and field team
• Process payments update billing preferences and assist with installment options
• Document conversations outcomes and next steps

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Natural relationship-builder with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable with goal-based work (sales/retention metrics)
• Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple accounts
• Tech-savvy (CRM email spreadsheets texting platforms)
• Prior experience in account management customer success inside sales or service advising is a plus
• Lawn landscape or pest industry experience is helpfulbut not required (well train the right person)
• Associate/Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience
