Overview

We are looking for an experienced RPA Application Support Consultantto ensure the continuous reliableoperation of RPA-based solutions. The professional will combineclassic APS duties with automation monitoring environment maintenance andstructured procedures management geared toward RPA production stability andtime-to-market efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the setup configuration and maintenanceof APS RPA INSIGHT environments.

Escalate and follow up production infrastructure issuesaffecting RPA robots.

Coordinate with middleware and reliability teamsto mitigate RPA performance degradation.

Maintain and update operational procedures FAQs and how-toarticles that support the APS activity.

Act as bridge between infrastructure teams and RPAimplementation squads ensuring alignment and adherence to bestpractices.

Monitor and report environment health-checks RAD/LAD flowsand dashboard metrics related to RPA production.

Propose continuousimprovement initiatives leveraging scripting and observability.

Safeguard SLAs with strong context-switching resilience andresponsiveness.

MUST HAVE APS CV REQUIREMENTS

3years experience in IT application support focused onautomation or distributed systems.

Proven background supporting RPA INSIGHT robots rad sensors andingestion flows.

Strong SQL PL SQL tuning and ability to analyzelogs dashboards Dynatrace Gamma Grafana Prometheus.

Linux Unix / Windows server fundamentals.

Bilingual communication in Portuguese Spanish;English B2 minimum.

ITIL processes adoption and procedureindustrialization.

Ability to escalate infra weaknesses and proposework-arounds promptly.

NICE TO HAVE

Banking or insurance sector exposure.

Jenkins GitLab CI CD / Ansible Docker Jenkins /Cloud fundamentals Kubernetes.

API lifecycle / SAS Control-M ELK.
