Water Fire Mold Trauma Field Leadership
- Doing the right thingalways

- Lead and support mitigation technicians in the field
- Plan and schedule water fire mold and trauma jobs
- Visit job sites daily to ensure quality safety and compliance
- Review documentation (notes photos moisture maps sketches) for billing and compliance
- Communicate with property owners and insurance adjusters
- Train coach and hold the team accountable
- Enforce safety standards and procedures
- Oversee warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Ensure vendor program compliance
- Serve as backup on-call and first responder as needed
- IICRC certifications:
- Water Restoration (WRT/ASD)
- Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT)
- Mold Remediation (AMRT or equivalent)
- Experience in restoration operations mitigation management or field supervision
- Strong knowledge of IICRC standards documentation and job profitability
- Ability to manage multiple jobs without becoming overwhelmed
