Job Description Summary
This Sales Compensation Specialist will provide support guidance and analytical expertise on sales incentive programs for GE Vernovas Electrification Software business. This role would collaborate closely with Sales Sales Operations Finance and other key stakeholders to ensure the incentive programs are competitive compliant and aligned with business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expert in Global Sales Compensation
Create and set up new sales compensation plan structures
Roll out and execution of sales compensation plans worldwide
Support the management of Sales incentive compensation programs including participant tracking payout calculation and payment processing and administration.
Act as focal point for compensation analysis and benchmarking activities.
Partner with Sales Finance and HR teams on all compensation matters.
Monitor and review changes in compensation laws and regulations; periodically review programs and process for compliance.
Participate in Total Rewards global initiatives and related projects.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in compensation with functional knowledge of compensation concepts systems and administration
Strong project management skills.
Ability to multi-task with attention to details.
Effective analytical problem solving and quantitative skills.
Highly organized driven self-starter with ability to operate independently.
Strong verbal written and presentation skills.
Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for strengthening overall commercial compliancy & reduce risk in compensation processes.
Able to thrive in a matrix organization.
