Job Summary

The Customer Support Agent will be at the front line of our operations connecting and engaging with customers through written and verbal communication. You will deliver high levels of customer service by providing tailored solutions based on each customers unique situation including programs related to utilities such as electricity billing water gas and energy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through email chat or phone depending on the program.
  • Provide empathetic professional and solution-focused support.
  • Tailor responses to customer needs across different industries including utility services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to their services.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure effective resolutions and service improvements.
  • Achieve performance goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

What Were Looking For

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and/or spoken).
  • At least a graduate of SHS or any equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience in customer service email or chat in a BPO or call centre setting.
  • Familiarity with utility-related programs (electricity billing water gas energy).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with new systems and tools.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to show empathy and adaptability.
