ReDefiners World Languages partners with schools corporations and community organizations to expand educational opportunity. We are building structured systems to increase corporate and institutional partnerships in a way that supports growth without overwhelming staff capacity.
Position Summary
The Strategic Partnerships & Corporate Engagement VISTA will help design and document corporate and institutional partnership systems that increase flexible funding and support organizational growth.
This role focuses on systems tools and learning pilots not solicitation or relationship management. The VISTA will help ensure partnership efforts are efficient aligned and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing partnership goals proposals and outreach materials
- Shadow staff during partnership conversations for observational learning
- Conduct targeted research on high-impact corporate and institutional partnerships
- Facilitate listening conversations with partners and board members
- Design streamlined partnership engagement and qualification systems
- Develop partnership toolkits (value propositions pitch decks templates)
- Support real-world pilots of partnership systems for learning and evaluation
- Document all systems and tools in the Development Handbook
Desired Skills & Interests
- Interest in corporate social responsibility partnerships or nonprofit strategy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze systems and workflows
- Comfort collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Background in business education or nonprofit work is a plus
