What you will do
As the Strategic Communications Manager you will lead strategy development and execution of the divisional non-customer related communications in support of initiatives programs business strategies and change management. This could include leadership team communications partnership and support strategic plan business reviews town halls newsletters change management initiatives national sales meeting internal announcements and other required communications.
Responsibilities
- Partner with divisional and functional leaders to shape messaging align on strategy and ensure communications reinforce business priorities.
- Lead the development and execution of communication plans for business updates organizational changes town halls newsletters and major divisional events.
- Own communications for change management integration and M&A activity including planning stakeholder alignment and execution.
- Proactively identify scope and drive communications projects that improve clarity alignment and engagement across the division.
- Serve as a communications consultant providing editorial expertise coaching and strategic guidance to leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Stay current on communications trends and bring forward new ideas ensuring approaches are modern effective and aligned to best practices.
- Uphold and advocate for brand consistency ensuring all content reflects company standards and voice.
What you need
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree required in Marketing Communications or related field
- 8 years of experience in communications or marketing or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
- Expertise in Marketo SharePoint 365 MS Office Zoom Teams
Preferred qualifications
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience supporting internal communications at a large matrix organization
$115600-$190400 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 10%
