Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy strategic Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to drive growth and community presence for our this role you wont just be managing tasks; you will be the engine behind our market expansion. You will identify new opportunities spearhead community engagement and provide the marketing support our team needs to win.

Business Development & Strategic Growth

Drive Strategy: Oversee the implementation and administration of the branchs business development initiatives.
Market Analysis: Scout new markets evaluate high-potential business opportunities and build targeted strategies to capture new customers.
Measure Success: Develop and maintain key performance metrics to track program success sharing actionable insights with branch leadership.

Marketing & Brand Advocacy

Digital & Social Support: Empower the branch team with social media guidance affiliate networking strategies and internal platforms like FairwayMyWay.
Event Management: Act as a brand ambassador by attending and assisting with Fairway community events.
Collateral & Logistics: Manage the end-to-end process for marketing materialsfrom ordering and assembling promotional items to ensuring seamless delivery to partners.

What Youll Bring:

Experience: 3 years of related experience in business development marketing or relationship management.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success managing internal and external partnerships in a fast-paced evolving environment.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office and the ability to research analyze and interpret data to make solid business decisions.
Communication & Organization: Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tight deadlines without losing attention to detail.
Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of marketing strategies customer service best practices and a basic familiarity with real estate lending regulations.
