Responsibilities:

• Support the development of robust financial models for valuation frameworks strategic initiatives M&A opportunities and IPO planning.
• Assist in scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to evaluate key business and capital allocation decisions
• Perform in-depth industry market and competitive analysis to identify strategic trends and support equity narrative.
• Support financial due diligence and narrative building for fundraising capital markets and strategic transactions
• Create high-quality review decks and strategic presentations for leadership board committees and external advisors
• Maintain and enhance reporting templates KPI dashboards and performance trackers aligned with public-company and investor benchmarks
• Analyze business performance against forecasts and budgets highlighting key variances risks and opportunities for leadership decision-making
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Finance Legal IR and Business to support IPO readiness and ongoing strategic initiatives

Requirement

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 35 years of relevant experience in FP&A Strategic Finance Investment Banking Transaction Advisory or Big 4 FDD/QoE
• Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Solid understanding of financial statements accounting principles and financial controls
• Prior exposure to investor-facing analysis due diligence financial modeling and analytical tools is an advantage
• High attention to detail with the ability to work under tight timelines and high scrutiny
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate financial insights
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving IPO-oriented environment
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
