Responsibilities:

• Support in creating robust financial models and valuation frameworks for strategic initiatives M&A opportunities partnerships and IPO planning.
• Assist in scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling to evaluate business decisions.
• Perform in-depth industry market and competitive research to identify strategic trends.
• Support due-diligence and narrative building for any fund raising process.
• Create high-quality review decks and strategic presentations for leadership board committees and external advisors.
• Maintain and improve reporting templates KPI dashboards and performance trackers aligned with public-company benchmarks.
• Analyse business performance against forecasts and budgets highlighting key variances risks and opportunities for leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams across finance legal and Business to drive IPO readiness.

Requirement

• MBA in finance from a reputed institute.
• Strong analytical MS excel and MS Power point skills
• 12 years of Pre or Post PG relevant experience
• Experience with financial modelling and analytical tools is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments.
• Stakeholder management with cross-functional teams.
