Job Summary

ABOUTTHEROLE

Workingwithamarket-leadingglobalCPGbusinesstheContent&SocialLeadacts as thecritical point of contact with the Clientsbrand teams that are aligned to the Wellbeing & Beauty category. Leading Hogarths collaboration with the wider agency village and campaign connectionsyoullprovide strategic oversight and manage socialand influencer content delivery across this key category.

The role is accountable for overseeing Hogarths content team that drives End-to-End content creation for the brands within theWellbeing & Beautycategory. The focus of the role is to guarantee creative excellence brand consistency and effectiveness (ROI) across always-on and social-first content leading content production efforts via traditional and Gen AI driven approaches and representing Hogarth as the clients leading social first content agency.

The role will report directly into Hogarths Social Content Strategy Director.

Note: this will be a Maximum Term Contract that will end on 31 Dec 2026.

  • Contributetothedevelopmentandexecutionofamarket-specific content strategythatalignswithyourbrandsglobaldirectionwhileresonatingdeeplywithlocalculturalnuancesandtrends.
  • Beaccountableforcontenteffectivenessandproductionexcellenceforthebrandssocial&contentassetsacrossconsumerandshopperdigitaltouchpoints
  • Actasthebrandsexpertonthelocalmarketpossessinganintimateunderstandingofthelocalmarketculturecommunitiesandsocialmediaplatformsandtrends.
  • Oversee the end-to-endcontent creation process from ideation and planning (in conjunction with brand managers) through to production execution and optimisation ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines BET strategy and assets ensuring work resonates with the communities that our client engages with.
  • Supportbrandmanagerswithcreationofclearandinsightfulbriefsthatinformagencypartnersandthelocalcreatorecosystem.
  • Ensurethebrandsdigitalcontentisculturallyrelevantengagingandauthenticcontentoutput.
  • ActasthehubbetweenbrandsocialandcontentpodsworkingcloselywithCommunitySpecialiststoanalysecontentperformancemetricsderiveactionableinsightsandadaptthecontentstrategytooptimiseengagementreachandoverallROI.
