We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to support the planning coordination and execution of promotional events. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in dynamic environments engaging with diverse audiences and contributing to impactful brand experiences. You will work closely with the promotions and events team to ensure seamless execution and exceptional brand representation.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of promotional events and brand activations
Support on-site event setup breakdown and operational logistics
Represent client brands professionally during live events
Engage with event attendees to deliver a positive and memorable experience
Collaborate with team members to ensure event objectives are met
Track event activities and provide feedback to improve future campaigns
Maintain organized event materials and promotional assets
