JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Post Producer is in charge of leading a project throughproductionensuring ithitsthe needs of creative vision and to meet and exceed client in managing project timelinespersonneland conflicts thatarise during thepost productionprocess. Finds the best solution to changing scope and deliveries by understanding how to quickly pivot to a new direction. Understands the details and processes that go intopost productionworkflow and pipeline including editorial motion design color grade finishing sound mix and visual effects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises project pipeline from ingest through to final delivery overseeing all elements created by the team
• Monitors all aspects of quality control and ensures feedback is addressedin a timely manner
• Manages in-person sessions with creative and clients with post studio artists.
• Regularly reviews and resolves conflict issues relating to budget expenditures and schedule status with a solution-oriented approach
• Works closely with the Agency Producer and Creative teams to supervise route track notes and deliver assigned projects
• Provide regular updates on project timelines and budget to the Executive Producer
• Enforce guidelines and parameters forpost productionartists throughout the life of each project
• Acts as the day-to-day contact with internal Account team
• Reports any/all client requests outside of scope of work to Executive Producer
• Oversees day-to-daypost productionensuring all projects and operations are running smoothly
• Monitor staffing needs outside the in-house roster and alerts stakeholders withadditionalcosts for approval
• Ensure that the artistic and creative integrity of the project is upheld according to client needs and Creative Director recommendations

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years in a Post Producer role
• Familiarity with editing motion VFX and finishing pipelines.
• Strong multitasking budget tracking and communication skills.
• Experience with tools like or .
• Excellent client time managementverbaland written communication skills
• Organized and works well under tight and changing deadlines
• Deep understanding ofpost productioncosts and workflow
• Maintains a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Strong problem solver in a video production setting

Preferred Skills AI Driven Creative Production

• Demonstrated experience withleveragingGenerative AI creative tools (Firefly Sora Veo3 Nano BananaChatGBT etc.) and a strong curiosity for emergingplatforms.

• Deep understanding of how AI can enhance and accelerate creative pipelines from ideation and pre- production through post finishing and versioning.

• A genuine passion forstorytelling continuous learning and pushing creativity forward throughnew technologiesand innovative production methods.
