Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
- Track organize and manage incoming leads for the sales team
- Distribute leads efficiently to ensure timely follow-up
- Support team with daily tasks outreach and campaigns
- Engage with leads directly when needed to drive conversions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Monitor lead follow-ups and conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales leadership to improve processes and strategies
- Analyze lead trends and work with Marketing to improve efficiency and results
- Assist with refining scripts workflows and overall customer engagement approach
