Summary :

Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Analyzes and validates retrospective and prospective data. Maintains documented regulatory standards. Prepares reports and identifies trends observations and gaps in the network. Disseminates findings related to quality in support of ThedaCares strategic plan.

• Serves as subject matter expert in the work area for quality cost utilization continuous quality improvement methodology and regulatory standards/specifications.

• Prepares and submits quality and safety data to regulatory entities.

• Educates and develops team members on continuous quality improvement requirements and methodologies.

• Supports and facilitates change consistent with organizational goals and objectives as they relate to quality improvement.

• Provides benchmarking data and identifies resources for benchmarking.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree

• Three years of experience in clinical healthcare

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to move freely (standing stooping walking bending pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance

• Job classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Normally works in climate controlled office environment

• Frequent sitting with movement throughout work space

• Use of computers throughout the work day

• Frequent use of keyboard with repetitive motion of hands wrists and fingers
