Job Description
ATC Northwest is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel contract in Salem Oregon. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient-centered care develop and implement treatment plans and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Required Qualifications:
Current Oregon Physical Therapist License (active and in good standing)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
Current BLS Certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
COVID-19 Vaccination (per facility requirements)
Recent PPD test or Chest X-ray
Clear criminal background check & drug screening
Reliable transportation and smartphone
Ability to comply with all state and facility regulations
