3D DESIGNER

Location: Denver

Motiveis looking for a3D Designerwho blends technical mastery with imaginative world-buildingsomeone who can craft immersive environments hyper-real product renders and everything in this role youll help shape a fast-growing 3D department inside an agency that lives at the intersection of experiential marketing culture and cutting-edge creative technology.

What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Collaborate with creative leads and account teams to concept and create 3D work across multiple brands and project types.
Designing and building experiences from the ground up product renders environments motion pieces and campaign visuals.
Work within a highly collaborative creative teamwhile also taking full ownership of deliverables when needed.
Jump into whatever the work demands with an all-in mindset to produce exceptional outcomes.
Push yourself and the team to raise the bar on every projecttechnically creatively and conceptually.
Bring your evolving Design and 3D skills set to a wide range of digital experiential and traditional projects.
Stay on the bleeding edge of 3D design experiential innovation and emerging toolsincluding the growing role of AI in concepting and production.

What You Bring (Candidate Requirements)

3 years of 3D design experience(advertising agency experience is a plus).
Strong generalist skills with the ability to take a project from start to finish.
Proficiency inCinema 4DOctane RenderandUnreal Engine(a plus).
Modeling texturing lighting and a good notion ofUV mappingabilities.
Animation skills are a plus.
Anonline portfolio(website onlyno PDFs or Word docs) showcasing a variety of 3D styles and applications.
Solid understanding ofPhotoshop and Illustrator plus curiosity for emerging design technologies and workflows.
Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting work internally and externally.
A passion for collaboration with developers designers strategists and account teams.
Comfort contributing ideas and participating in brainstorms (not required but absolutely welcome).
Positive energy openness to experimentation and a love for building things that havent been done before.
