| | Job Description: - Meet with appropriate personnel for periodic reviews of prototypes and final products.
- Using data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns
- Organizing and transforming information into comprehensible structures
- Using data to predict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole
- Using tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats such as diagrams and graphs
- Preparing reports and presenting these to management or clients
- Identifying and recommending new ways to streamline business processes
- Monitoring data quality and removing corrupt data
- Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements
Skill Requirements: - 6-10 years of BA experience; Strong Business and Data Analysis skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills; Role requires interaction with senior individuals across systems/functions external vendor/product teams and various internal technology teams.
- Kanban Board experience for the planning and tracking of work within scrum or Kanban Agile methodology
- Oracle ERP Cloud Reporting experience
- Fieldglass Reporting Experience
- Strong Finance Knowledge
- Must Have Advanced Skills in Microsoft Products:
- Microsoft Excel Skills (VBA & Macros Data Tables Simulations Advanced Charting Pivot Tables & Pivot Reporting Power Pivot What IF Analysis)
- Advanced Power BI skills
- MS Teams
- MS Word
- MS SharePoint
- MS Visio
- MS Access
- Documentation and visualization master
- Good knowledge on Agile practices; Agile/DevOps environment working experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Critical Thinking skills are a must
