Job Description:
Our client is expanding their Workers Compensation Department and seeking to add a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to help East Coast claims operation. These positions would be responsible for handling Workers Compensation Lost-time from inception to close. Qualified candidates must possess a strong knowledge of Workers Compensation jurisdictions including New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This is a fully remote position.
- Handle moderate to complex Workers Compensation claims including litigation with minimal supervision and guidance from the manager.
- Negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys.
- Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and adherence to department Best Practices.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience handling NJ/PA Workers Compensation claims.
- Adjuster license(s) preferred
- Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.
Salary/Benefits:
- $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
