Were hiring a Sales-Focused Branch Manager to grow our branch through new client acquisition sales leadership operational accountability and team development. Youll lead from the frontprospecting closing and scaling repeatable sales activitywhile aligning recruiting and operations to deliver excellent fill rates and retention.
Responsabilities- Prospect daily: calls visits networking referrals; convert leads into signed accounts.
- Build proposals negotiate terms close deals; drive contract compliance and renewals.
- Grow existing accounts via upsells cross-sells and increased order volume.
- Recruit train and coachyour assigned staff; set daily activity standards and KPIs.
- Ensure your teams fill rates time-to-fill quality and compliance expectations are met.
- Build a results-driven environment with clear expectations feedback and recognition.
Requirements- 37 years of sales experience with proven quota attainment; staffing/industrial B2B sales strongly preferred.
- 13 years leading a team (sales recruiting or branch operations) with measurable performance improvement.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline/CRM and forecasting weekly/monthly results.
- Excellent communication follow-up discipline and relationship management skills.
- Valid drivers license and ability to visit clients regularly.
- Ability to lead coach and build culture; high accountability.
