Job Summary

What does it feel like to be an Social Media Community Manager in Netcompany

As a Social Media Community Manager you will:

Manage daily interactions by replying to comments and proactively engaging with the audience to foster a vibrant community.
Create high-quality daily content and oversee its distribution across various social media platforms.
Partner with web and audiovisual teams to design and execute integrated social media measurement strategies.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with external multipliers including influencers and content creators.
Utilize social analytics tools to gather and interpret data focusing on uncovering actionable insights to improve performance.
Continuously refine and optimize social media strategies based on data-driven evidence and feedback.
Research and analyze emerging digital trends and relevant content activity to keep the organization ahead of the curve.

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

Bachelors/Masters Degree in Communication or related fields and minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to research complex topics and translate difficult policy language into clear engaging and accessible content.
Demonstrated creativity with a portfolio of original strategies and high-performing digital content.
Proficiency in using professional social media monitoring listening and analytics tools.
Strong understanding of EU affairs and the current priority topics of the European Commission.
Excellent organizational and presentation skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
Capacity to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines and time constraints and ability to work autonomously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
