In 2016 our founders wanted to feed their dogs - named Edgard and Cooper - pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldnt find this they decided to make their own. Now 10 years later our pack has over 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

Were on the hunt for a reliable creative and proactive Office Manager who believes an office should do more than function - it should make people smile.

At Edgard & Cooper we know that office experience is so much more than the coffee machine or the chair you sit on. Its about how a space feels the moment you walk in. Its about energy creativity connection and creating an environment where people are inspired to do their best work every single day.

Youll own the office experience end-to-end: spotting what others miss solving problems before they surface and bringing ideas to life while keeping everything running seamlessly.

Part operator part designer part culture-builder youll create memorable office moments that genuinely brighten peoples day.

What is in your bowl

With a big scoop of love for people structure and initiative youll get to:

  • Manage the day-to-day office experience across 2 physical locations while supporting 6 remote offices

  • Create a positive inspiring environment that helps people feel good and do their best work

  • Keep our spaces spotless functional and inspiring from furniture to decor to the snack drawer

  • Proactively spot and solve workplace issues before they disrupt anyones day

  • Own Health & Safety compliance ensuring a safe secure workspace for everyone

  • Manage facilities suppliers office supplies and vendor relationships

  • Own budgets POs invoices and receipts

  • Coordinate travel stock supplies gifts and meetings

  • Plan and deliver creative culture-driven office events that make people smile

  • Handle People admin with integrity

  • Coach the team to take responsibility for shared spaces

What skills & tricks should you bring

  • 3 years in office operations facilities management & Health & Safety

  • Hands-on proactive independent and organised

  • A strong eye for design efficiency and employee experience

  • Excel knowledge

  • Able to prioritise set boundaries and say no when needed

  • Comfortable managing 2 physical office locations (both in Kortrijk) on-site 5 days a week

  • Absolute discretion & professionalism

  • Fluent in Dutch & English
