We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager who can lead by example develop people and drive shop performance while protecting and strengthening our culture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead coach and develop service advisors and front-office staff
- Oversee daily shop operations workflow and scheduling
- Drive sales KPIs and overall shop performance
- Uphold and reinforce company culture standards and expectations
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor
- Strong leadership coaching and communication skills
- Solid understanding of automotive repair operations
- Proven ability to lead teams and build positive culture
What We Offer:
- Up to $150000 yearly earning potential (salary commission)
- MondayFriday (8am-5pm) schedule no weekends
