What we do:

As a recognized leader in providing Private Markets Solutions to clients across the globe we manage approximately $140.9 billion in discretionary assets and have oversight of an additional $845.3 in non-discretionary assets as of June 30 2025.

The Opportunity:

Join our team as we look to expand to satisfy the needs of our growing client base. We are looking to hire a Vice President to join our Client Solutions Team as a Relationship Manager.

In this role you will work to build develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients using your knowledge and expertise of the global private markets fund universe across all private market strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading day-to-day client coverage including regular client visits.
  • Managing junior resources to oversee creation of key client deliverables.
  • Strategic plan creation / oversight
  • Portfolio construction alongside Portfolio Management Group
    • Quarterly Review of portfolio
    • Allocation discussions
  • Reporting & Monitoring for client portfolios
    • Regular portfolio updates
    • Quarterly reports
  • Client communications
    • Pipeline calls / monthly calls
    • Market updates
    • Ad-hoc client requests
  • Leading cross-selling and up-selling of HL products and services with existing clients
  • Partnering with Sales/ Client Solutions to support pitch activities for prospective clients by being the expert on our management of Separate Account and Advisory relationships
  • Developing expertise in specific primary strategies enabling ability to speak to similarities/differences of managers who pursue similar investment approaches.
  • Ability to speak and become a subject matter expert on all Private Market strategies & competitive landscapes.
  • Attending Annual/Advisory board meetings & conferences.
  • Assisting in the development and mentoring of junior professionals.

Your background will include:

  • 7years of work experience in a financial industry/private marketsclient-facingsetting
  • AMastersdegreeand/or CFA are a plus.
  • Ability to develop a working knowledge of our proprietary systems
  • Strong analytical written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work proactively and independently in a team setting
  • Ability to Travel
  • Fluency in English required
