This positionis responsible forproviding visionleadershipand direction fortheFireinspections in the local district office. Responsibilities include supervising fire alarm inspectors and sprinkler inspectors developing business strategies and implementing action plans to meet the districtsobjectivesand drive profitable growth of the Fire Service business including embracing the company programs identification of life safety deficiencies and recommendations.

How you will do it

  • Revenue Responsibility: Responsible for implementing plans programs andprocessdesignatedto meet and exceed growth andobjectiveswhile maximizing market potential for Planned Service Agreements.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Responsible forassistingleading inspection teams in developing andmaintainingprocesses and cadence to deliver customer satisfaction through effective andtimelydelivery of inspections. Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled ona timelymatter with the goal of increasing the satisfaction of the customer experience.

  • Productivity Improvement: Monitor District Service productivity and improve productivity. Assessmanpowerneeds to support delivery of contractual obligations (direct and subcontract employees).

  • Employee Development: Identify existing team strengths andweaknessand accordingly have a plan to coach and develop each individual team member to reach their potential. Effectively work in a matrix structure by always striving tomaintainopen communication channels and addressing conflict resolution issuestimelyand respectfully to all partiesinvolve.

  • Safety Compliance: Support Company and Area safety initiatives. Observes theday to dayoperations to ensure employees are followingappropriate safetyprocedures andaddressesimmediatelyany inconsistencies. Ensures that all corporatepolicesassociated with affirmative action and equal employment opportunities are fully implementedmanagedandmonitorfor compliance.

What we look for

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 5 years Fire Services industry

  • College degree or equivalent work experience of 10 years

  • Ability to analyze deficiencies and developappropriate actionplan to address and rectify issues

  • Ability to work in a matrix infrastructure coach develop team address conflict

  • Principals of accounting

  • Proficient with Microsoft WordPowerPointand Excel

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85000-$117000 (Salary to be determined by the education experienceknowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with marketdata.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflectsthe target compensation for this role.
