About Us
Founded in 2003 Mount Prospect Academyis a rapidly growing nonprofit dedicated to helping struggling adolescents find a zest for life and succeed in the business of life. We provide mental and behavioral health services through residential programs group homes and special education schools.
Our Mission:To create a safe therapeutic environment where students can grow self-regulate and build confidence to succeed in life.
What Youll Do
- Provide overnight supervisionand ensure student safety
- Assist with bedtime and morning routines
- Conduct compassionate bed checks every 15 minutes
- Support crisis intervention and positive behavior reinforcement
- Engage youth in meaningful life-relevant programming
- Document incidents and progress accurately

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelors degree OR
- 60 college credits OR
- 2 years of experience working with youth OR
- 7 years of parenting experience
Other Requirements:
- Valid drivers license preferred
- Must be 21 and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background check required
