About the Role:
As Deputy Front Office Manager youll be a key leader in ensuring every arrival departure and moment in between feels effortless and personal. Youll support the Front Office Manager in running a smooth efficient and beautifully presented department while coaching and inspiring the team to deliver service that feels both polished and warm. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fastpaced luxury environment where no two days are the same. Youll thrive if you love people problemsolving and creating memorable guest experiences.
Your Role as Deputy Front Office Manager:
Leads the Front Office team with positivity professionalism and a calm presence.
Ensures every guest receives a seamless personalised welcome and farewell.
Supports daily operations including checkins reservations billing and guest communications.
Coaches develops and motivates the team to deliver exceptional service.
Works closely with Housekeeping Spa Restaurants and Lake House teams to coordinate flawless stays.
Handles guest feedback with empathy and confidence.
Upholds high standards of presentation accuracy and luxury service.
Acts as Duty Manager when required.
Qualifications :

Salary: 32500
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis depending on development tiers. Although variable average levels are projected as being 643 per month.
