Job Summary
Do you have an eye for detail and a heart for hospitality At Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam were looking for a dedicated Room Attendant who takes pride in creating a flawless and welcoming environment for every guest.
Your role in the journey
As a Room Attendant youll be part of the team that ensures every guest room is a sanctuary of comfort and cleanliness. With care consistency and a warm smile youll help create the unforgettable Anantara experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Cleaning guest rooms to the highest Anantara standards.
- Ensuring all areas are spotless well-stocked and ready for guest arrival.
- Engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Reporting maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly.
- Supporting your team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
Qualifications :
What youll bring
- Flexibility in your availability and a hands-on attitude.
- Affinity with cleanliness hygiene and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
- Efficient time management and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in Housekeeping within a 5-star hotel is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
