Job Summary
Do you have a natural sense of hospitality and the ability to exceed guest expectations Join us as F&B Supervisor at Grand Café Krasnapolsky the vibrant heart of our hotel and a historic icon in Amsterdam. From morning coffee to Afternoon Tea and refined brasserie-style dining youll lead a passionate team to deliver unforgettable experiences every day.
Your role in the journey
As F&B Supervisor you will lead by example train and guide your team and ensure every guest experiences Authentic Luxury. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing daily operations and ensuring smooth service
- Motivating and coaching team members
- Maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction
- Supporting inventory management and cost control
- Upholding hygiene and safety standards
Qualifications :
What youll bring
- Experience in F&B departments
- Natural leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Hands-on mentality and stress-resistant approach
- Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus
