What youll do
- Proactively hunt for new business and manage corporate and MICE accounts both local and international building relationships that last.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that smashes revenue targets and keeps our rooms and event spaces buzzing.
- Get out there conduct sales calls client meetings and show off our spaces with site inspections that leave people wanting more.
- Prepare killer proposals and contracts and negotiate rates that work for everyone while staying true to our guidelines.
- Drive new business prospecting activities across the corporate segment - research and identify
- opportunities for new corporate business in line with our budget.
- Be our face at trade shows networking events and industry gatherings spread the Hox love far and wide.
- Work hand-in-hand with Revenue Marketing and Operations teams to spot opportunities and make the magic happen.
- Keep our CRM system up to date and provide sales forecasts and reports that help us stay on top of our game.
- Work together with our Meetings & Events team to optimize MICE potential and revenue on corporate accounts.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping your finger on the pulse of market trends and what the competition is up to.
