Do you lead with precision and take pride in perfection At Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam were looking for a Housekeeping & Quality Supervisor who ensures every detail reflects our commitment to excellence from spotless rooms to seamless guest experiences.
Your role in the journey
As Housekeeping & Quality Supervisor youll be the guardian of our guestroom standards. Youll lead the Room Attendants with clarity and care ensuring every space is pristine and every guest feels at home.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily cleaning operations and team schedules.
- Conducting quality inspections to uphold Anantaras high standards.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and hotel policies.
- Supporting cross-departmental collaboration to enhance the guest experience.
- Coaching and guiding team members to deliver consistent excellence.
Qualifications :
What youll bring
- A hands-on mindset and a natural eye for detail.
- Experience in Housekeeping preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A flexible and proactive attitude.
- Experience working with diverse teams and cultures.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
