Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive German-speaking Account Manager to drive customer success and optimization efforts for German-speaking clients in Barcelona. This role focuses on building strong client relationships enhancing account performance and supporting portfolio growth through consultative engagement and strategic optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support and relationship management for a portfolio of clients

  • Proactively address client questions and needs to improve satisfaction and retention

  • Deliver tailored recommendations to optimize account performance and engagement

  • Manage and track account activities using CRM and customer success tools

  • Meet outreach and client engagement KPIs consistently

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and service delivery

  • Capture and communicate client feedback to inform internal improvements

Requirements

  • German proficiency at C2 level (spoken and written)

  • Proficient English communication skills

  • 12 years of experience in Account Management Customer Success Sales or related roles

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities

  • Results-oriented with a consultative approach to client engagement

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage
