Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive German-speaking Account Manager to drive customer success and optimization efforts for German-speaking clients in Barcelona. This role focuses on building strong client relationships enhancing account performance and supporting portfolio growth through consultative engagement and strategic optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Provide ongoing support and relationship management for a portfolio of clients

Proactively address client questions and needs to improve satisfaction and retention

Deliver tailored recommendations to optimize account performance and engagement

Manage and track account activities using CRM and customer success tools

Meet outreach and client engagement KPIs consistently

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and service delivery

Capture and communicate client feedback to inform internal improvements
Requirements
-
German proficiency at C2 level (spoken and written)
-
Proficient English communication skills
-
12 years of experience in Account Management Customer Success Sales or related roles

Strong relationship-building and communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities

Results-oriented with a consultative approach to client engagement

Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage
