Job Summary
Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Cafe Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the Foothills Hospital.
Qualifications :
In your role you will be asked to supervise sales and perform cashiering duties as well as preparing specialty beverages. You will be responsible for supervising and ensuring that an exceptional level of service is achieved for all patients and residents by focusing on employee training performance management and leadership. You will also manage weekly work schedules ensuring they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators.
You will be asked to guide staff in a productive and efficient manner by ensuring service delivery and food safety/quality standards are met. Ensure that employees comply with all company and local government rules policies and regulations regarding health safety food safety and fire and hazard safety. You will also have to carefully prepare and review all equipment for daily activities maintain proper inventory assist with inventory management and any other related duties that may be requested.
A high school diploma food service or equivalent experience is required. You must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a food service supervisor. You must respect the highest standards of hygiene work effectively under pressure and be able to anticipate and solve problems.
