Job Summary
Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is seeking an accomplished Chief Concierge to lead our Concierge team and deliver exceptional personalized guest experiences in line with Sofitels luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Concierge team ensuring seamless service delivery
Create memorable tailor-made experiences for VIP and repeat guests
Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and service providers
Ensure full compliance with Sofitel brand standards and service excellence
Handle guest requests and concerns with confidence and efficiency
Qualifications :
Active Les Clefs dOr member (mandatory)
Proven experience as Chief Concierge in a luxury hotel
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train motivate and inspire the team
Excellent knowledge of local attractions culture dining and entertainment in Bahrain
Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills
High level of professionalism discretion and attention to detail
