Size and functions of local team: 2 Project Managers 2 freelance PMs 5 Technical Consultants. Total 25 employees with external 30. Few developers in Spain.
Role description:
Stakeholder management - at the customer Freshworks and internal.
65% Freshservice & 35% Freshdesk Omnichannel
Most projects in the is possible too (no travel required).
Also involved pre-sales as advisor to sell the implementation and costs the the Scope of Work - timelines and costs are correct.
Up to 3-4 projects simultaneously.
Report into Joachim.
Project is between 3-12 months.
Value is 60-120k euros.

- Minimum of 5 years experience in PM/ consultancy
- Technical and API affinity
- Team player well organized communicative

- SaaS/ ITSM experience
- ITIL knowledge
