We are currently looking for a Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our team in Mississauga ON.

As a strategic finance partner youll lead consultative analysis and reporting innovation to support profit improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with deep automotive experience and a passion for financial transformation.

A Day in the Life:

  • Drive financial reporting budgeting and forecasting across multiple business units to support strategic goals.

  • Plan consolidate and execute annual FMI G&A headcount and CAPEX budgets in alignment with client group targets.

  • Lead consultative analysis and deliver actionable insights using Hyperion Planning and NARDW.

  • Partner with Treasury Accounting and M&S teams to enhance financial performance and decision-making.

  • Manage KPI dashboards consolidate financial data across NCI Group and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on planning and risk.

Who Were Looking for:

  • University degree in business finance accounting or economics; CPA or postgraduate qualification preferred.

  • 710 years in finance including at least 3 years of people management experience.

  • Proficient in Hyperion Planning SAP and HFM for financial planning and reporting.

  • Strong ability to analyze data and communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

  • Experience in the automotive industry or other complex manufacturing environments

  • Familiarity with intercompany accounting and global consolidation processes

  • Proven success in leading process improvement or automation initiatives

  • Experience with financial scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis

  • Ability to influence senior leadership through strategic financial insights and storytelling

Salary Range:

This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employees base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level in recognition of the employees unique skills work experience education work location or market conditions. Compensation decisions also consider internal equity and comparisons with the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles. Note: Bonus benefits and other forms of variable compensation are not included in the base-salary range shown above.
