Overview

Navitas Partners LLC is seeking an experienced M365 Support Engineer to support and enhance enterprise Microsoft 365 environments. This role focuses on SharePoint migrations Power Platform support security and documentation.

Responsibilities

Support and troubleshoot SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse).
Lead migrations from network drives Dropbox and SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
Create and maintain runbooks SOPs and technical documentation.
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to deliver secure scalable M365 solutions.
Resolve migration integration and performance issues.

Required Skills & Experience

6 years of experience with SharePoint (2019 & Online) and large-scale migrations using ShareGate or Microsoft Migration Tool.
Strong knowledge of permissions metadata governance retention and taxonomy.
Experience with M365 security and compliance including Azure AD DLP sensitivity labels and retention policies.
Hands-on support of Power Apps Power Automate and Dataverse; understanding of ALM and security roles.
Proficiency in PowerShell/PnP with familiarity in Azure DevOps Git or TFS.
Experience integrating M365 with tools such as Adobe Sign Salesforce ServiceNow or ArcGIS.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
Microsoft certifications (M365 SharePoint or Power Platform) preferred.
Strong communication problem-solving and multitasking skills.
