Job Summary

Director of On-Demand Business Development

Position Summary
The Director of On-Demand Business Development is responsible for driving growth of the companys on-demand services by identifying new business opportunities developing strategic partnerships and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role focuses on revenue generation market expansion and aligning client needs with on-demand staffing and service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify pursue and close new business opportunities for on-demand services

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and internal stakeholders

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue and market presence

  • Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to align service delivery with client expectations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients throughout the sales cycle

  • Support contract negotiations pricing discussions and service agreements

  • Track and report on pipeline activity revenue performance and growth metrics

  • Represent the company at industry events meetings and networking opportunities

  • Provide input on service offerings market trends and competitive positioning

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development sales or client relationship management

  • Strong understanding of on-demand staffing healthcare services or related industries (preferred)

  • Demonstrated ability to build pipelines and close deals

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Comfortable working in a growth-oriented evolving role

Preferred Experience

  • Leadership or director-level experience

  • Experience developing commission-based or incentive-driven sales strategies

  • Background working with healthcare systems HTM or technical services (a plus)

Compensation

  • Base salary plus commission
