Schedule: MondayFriday daytime hours
Coordinate all human resources activities and oversee day-to-day office operations providing administrative support across departments to ensure efficient and compliant workflows
The Human Resources Director will direct company financial operations including budgeting payroll coordination and financial administration while supporting overall organizational and HR objectives

Human Resources Director Qualifications:

The Human Resources Director must have at least 3 years of Home Health Agency experience
Strong operational and HR expertise including payroll compliance credentialing audits benefits and staff training
Full-cycle recruiting experience for nurses and home health aides including interviewing onboarding scheduling and career fairs
