Salary: $60000.00-$80000.00

Human Resources Director Opportunity:

  • Full-time direct-hire opportunity
  • Schedule: MondayFriday daytime hours
  • Coordinate all human resources activities and oversee day-to-day office operations providing administrative support across departments to ensure efficient and compliant workflows
  • The Human Resources Director will direct company financial operations including budgeting payroll coordination and financial administration while supporting overall organizational and HR objectives

Human Resources Director Qualifications:

  • The Human Resources Director must have at least 3 years of Home Health Agency experience
  • Strong operational and HR expertise including payroll compliance credentialing audits benefits and staff training
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience for nurses and home health aides including interviewing onboarding scheduling and career fairs
