Were hiring an Intern: Wiring Harness Project Engineer at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia MO and were looking for someone whos ready to grow with us bring energy and drive to their work and help us build the future of construction. This position is fully remote.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supports project coordination data analysis and cross-functional communication to help engineering teams operate efficiently. Core responsibilities often include:
- Organize project schedules maintaining documentation and tracking action items to ensure tasks stay on track.
- Gather and analyze project datasuch as timelines costs and resource usageto identify risks or bottlenecks and prepare clear reports or dashboards for project managers and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication among engineering product and operations teams by following up on deliverables supporting meetings and assisting with planning activities like design reviews or project sessions.

About You

Flexible work schedule but prefer Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
What Youre Working With:
- Must be actively working towards a BS degree (or seeking) in Mechanical Electrical Computer Engineering Computer Science Manufacturing Industrial or Agricultural/biological (machinery focused) Engineering preferred
- Attention to detail / organization skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- You have excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Excel Google Sheets and Creo preferred
- You are highly organized and able to multitask
- You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
- Aptitude for working in groups and collaborating
- Familiar with Computer Aided Drafting Kanban and work organization
- Wiring Schematics Electrical knowledge Excel (soft skills) programming (Python)
- Ability to use tools experience in automotive a plus.
