Service Advisor
Duval Ford is seeking an experienced customer-focused Service Advisor to join our this role youll greet customers manage service appointments prepare repair orders and ensure a seamless high-quality experience from start to finish. Were looking for a reliable detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to exceptional CSI performance.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally; gather and document vehicle information
- Schedule service appointments and manage the daily service flow
- Accurately write repair orders and clearly document customer concerns
- Conduct or coordinate test drives to verify issues when needed
- Review service history and inspect vehicles to recommend additional maintenance
- Educate customers on recommended services and maintenance requirements
- Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts
- Communicate effectively with technicians parts department and other internal teams
- Maintain consistent follow-up and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
- Uphold Duval Motor Companys service standards and brand reputation
Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings: background check MVR check and drug test
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Completion of Form I-9 and required documentation within 3 business days of hire
Qualifications
- Proven record of strong CSI performance
- Excellent communication interpersonal and active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to multitask prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
