• Review vehicle documentation to validate trim levels factory-installed options and packages against dealer-reported information
• Analyze VIN data and compare against Dealer bookout valuations and option sheets and/or valuation and vehicle data tools
• Identify discrepancies related to misrepresented options incorrect trims or missing equipment
• Document findings clearly and concisely to support internal decision-making and dealer follow-up
• Partner with internal teams (sales risk operations compliance) to resolve vehicle content discrepancies
• Support dispute resolution by providing evidence-based analysis
• Maintain accuracy and consistency while working within defined service-level timelines
• Contribute to process improvements related to vehicle verification and collateral quality
